About
Therapy informed by attachment and a relational psychodynamic perspective
As a therapist, I believe in the importance of providing compassionate care, competent approaches, and staying engaged in my own therapeutic work. I offer services to both adult individuals and couples. With individuals, I focus on a relational approach where our work is partly informed by the dynamic of our interactions. I also use Lifespan Integration and trauma informed techniques in treatment. For couples, I leverage emotionally focused therapy and material from the Gottman's as well in order to strengthen and repair the bonds between partners.
